Return Policy - Return Policy strives to enhance the shopping experience of its customers, while providing the best quality products and services, before, during, and after purchase. Our return policy allows you to return damaged/ defected or wrong product sent by us by filing a return request within 24 hours of the product delivery. However, please note the product must reach us within 7 days of filing the return request form.

The product returned must be in its unworn condition with original packing along with the original tags. Kindly note that the customized products can only be returned if the product is found defective or the product is not stitched as per the given dimensions. The onus is on the customer to demonstrate with a digital photograph that the product is defective or not stitched according to the measurement provided to us.

If any of the products returned is not found in its original condition or if it is returned after usage, we reserve the right to decline any such claim for return or exchange. DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

If your requisition is found to be genuine, we will offer you a complete refund upon receiving the goods back in our warehouse in good condition excluding the shipping charges and custom duties. (For International buyers)

While we are committed to maintain a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them complete satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of Jewelry and customized items.

Return requests regarding strains or stitching faults need to be filed within 24 hours of product delivery. In these cases you will also need to send an image of the product, a digital copy of the invoice of the product along with your return request form.

Product received in damaged condition, or with manufacturing defect or with wrong item:

On receipt, if it is found that the outer packing of the product is defective or tampered with, immediately validate the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local courier office.

All defective products being returned to shall be done only through registered airmail or courier. Safe delivery of the defective product to office is the sole responsibility of the customer, kindly do mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

In case it is found while inspection of product/invoice/ that the error has occurred due to customer, then shall make the necessary alternations at the cost of the customer. In the rare situations when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations, may use plain fabric of the same color. Customer may have to bear the cost of such replacement fabric in such cases.

Partial refunds:

In case where multiple products are ordered and if for some reason is unable to deliver certain products then the customer shall be allowed to opt for an alternate product. However, if customer decides not to select any alternate products, shall agree to refund amount against such non-deliverable products. Color & Description disclaimer The description of the products specifications (such as weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) mentioned with the product displays are only approximate values. You may contact the customer care with your query / feedbacks at within 24 hours of receiving the product. We shall revert back to you at the earliest.
