Q: How can I register with Klothin?

You can be a part of Klothin in one simple step. You need to click on "Sign In / Register" option on the top right of our website and provide us with some of your basic information.

Q: I am unable to log in to My Account. Please assist.

Please input your correct login details, if you are still no able to login then take a screen shot of the error message and send it across to us and we will look into the issue.

Q: What do I do if I have forgotten my login password or my password does not work?

If you have forgotten your password for some reason, the first step we recommend is to click the Forgot Password link to create a new password. If this new password still doesn't work, please contact our Customer Care section.

Q: How do I place an order on your website?

Our website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. You may follow the simple steps mentioned below to place an order:

1) First, select the desired item (as fabric or as customizable)

2) Add the item to Shopping Cart

3) Click proceed to checkout option

4) Login with your account details or proceed using your facebook login.

5) Enter your shipping address and select a payment mode to continue with the payment.

6) Click place order and complete the payment procedure.

7) On successful payment,order placement and the Order ID will be generated.

Q: I have placed my order on your website. When will I receive my item?

Shipping time is mentioned for all the products on the website. Additional 4 days are required for dress customization if customization is opted.

Q: How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed with us you will receive a confirmation email from us. You can also login to your My Account section and check your order status.

Q: Do you allow exchange of products?

Yes, we do permit exchanges. For further details on this please read our Returns Policy to understand it better.

Q: How will I know if my ordered product is shipped?

You will receive an email from us with tracking details of the item which has been shipped. You can also track your order though the link provided in the mail.

Q: Can I receive my order early even though the shipping time is 21 days?

If you intimate us before hand about your priority requests, then we can try for it. But we cannot assure you still that we can make the delivery as per your request. Sometimes the items takes their time in processing which cant be avoided. If you have any time constraints then you can always opt for products from our Ready to Ship section.
